About
I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2015 and received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in 2011. I trained extensively in somatic mindfulness-based psychotherapy from the Hakomi Institute of California and have integrated training in Psychodynamic Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Trauma/PTSD, and the Enneagram. I trained in Ketamine Assisted Therapy with the Polaris Insight Center and with the Sage Institute as well. I am also a Bay Area native of Italian and Japanese American heritage.
How I Work
As a mindfulness and somatic based therapist, my approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment for your therapeutic process. I have an approach to therapy that includes both self-discovery with educational resources. I believe in supporting the internal process of the client unfolding it at their own pace and that we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your current life. By applying mindfulness with somatic therapy approaches and techniques, we will examine long-standing behavior patterns or negative beliefs that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression to mindfulness-based stress reduction, trauma resolution and beyond. In a safe atmosphere, I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain personal growth.

My Practice
I specialize in working with communities of color and multicultural, biracial and immigrant populations as well as families and caretakers in the Autism Spectrum community. My approach to healing and transformation is grounded in Transpersonal and Depth oriented perspectives, while using somatic, experiential and mindfulness-based methods. I’m confident in working with attachment issues, intergenerational trauma, PTSD, complex grief, issues of acculturation, spiritual guidance, relationship issues and holistic, client centered integration of psychedelic experiences.
